How much oil should I use with my diffuser jewelry?
The number of drops my vary based on the intensity of the oil you choose and the degree to which you'd like to smell it. Generally, placing 1-3 drops of your favorite essential oil onto the porous lava beads will diffuse over the next few days.
How long will the aroma last?
The length of time that an aroma will last depends on how many drops you use and the intensity of the oil you choose. On average, the lava stone will continue to diffuse throughout a few days but may last up to a week. Refresh as often as you like.
What kind of essential oils should I use?

When will I get my order?
We will process your order within 2-4 days of receiving your payment. We ship all purchases via USPS 2-day parcel. If you require a rush order, please indicate that in the comments of your order or contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is your jewelry safe to use with essential oils?
Please patch test your oils on your skin prior to placing them on your diffuser bracelet. Essential oils can affect each person differently. Oils on our diffuser bracelets will come in contact with your skin. If you have sensitive skin, be cautious of adverse reactions to certain essential oils. This is extremely important to keep in mind when introducing oils to children and the elderly.
Is your diffuser jewelry safe for children?
We created our kids line specifically for the young ones in our life. Our jewelry contains small parts that could become a choking hazard. Please, keep away from children under 3. Our bracelets are made of a strong elastic polymer cording. This cording will break under enough stress. Please monitor children who are wearing diffuser bracelets.
What do I do if my jewelry becomes broken or damaged?
If your jewelry should break or become damaged through normal wear, please contact us. We will email you a shipping label to mail back the jewelry pieces at no charge and we will send you a new piece. We will do our best to replicate the exact piece based on our existing stock and materials.
What's your return policy?
While we hope you love your Living Diffused purchase, we understand that sometimes our products aren’t for everyone. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund. Orders returned between 6-14 days will receive store credit. Contact us for return instructions.
